6.839 Advanced Computer Graphics

Class Info

A graduate level course investigates computational problems in rendering, animation, and geometric modeling. The course draws on advanced techniques from computational geometry, applied mathematics, statistics, scientific computing and other. Substantial programming experience required.

This class has 6.031, 6.837, and 18.06 as prerequisites.

6.839 will not be offered this semester. It will be available in the Fall semester, and will be instructed by W. Matusik.

Lecture occurs 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays in 26-328.

This class counts for a total of 12 credits.
