6.179 Introduction to C and C++


Class Info

Fast-paced introduction to the C and C++ programming languages. Intended for those with experience in other languages who have never used C or C++. Students complete daily assignments, a small-scale individual project, and a mandatory online diagnostic test. Enrollment limited.

This class has no prerequisites.

6.179 will not be offered this semester. It will be available during IAP.

Lecture occurs 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in 4-270.

This class counts for a total of 6 credits.
