4.140[J] How to Make (Almost) Anything


Class Info

Studies rapid-prototyping machines and covers the theory and practice of digital fabrication processes. Weekly lectures supported by readings from research literature. Students work on machine development projects throughout the term.

This class has no prerequisites.

4.140[J] will not be offered this semester. It will be instructed by N. Gershenfeld.

Lecture occurs 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays in E39-335.

This class counts for a total of 12 credits. This class counts as a HASS H. This class counts as a CI-H. This is a graduate-level class.
