Overview of polymer material science and engineering. Treatment of physical and chemical properties, mechanical characterization, processing, and their control through inspired polymer material design.

This class has 3.032, and 3.044 as prerequisites.

3.064 will not be offered this semester. It will be instructed by N. Holten-Andersen.

Lecture occurs 12:00 PM to 13:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in 4-145.

This class counts for a total of 12 credits.
