17.41 Introduction to International Relations


Class Info

Provides an introduction to the causes of international conflict and cooperation. Topics include war initiation, crisis bargaining, international terrorism, nuclear strategy, interstate economic relations, economic growth, international law, human rights, and environmental politics.

This class has no prerequisites.

17.41 will be offered this semester (Fall 2017). It is instructed by R. Nielsen.

Lecture occurs 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays in 4-270.

This class counts for a total of 12 credits. This class counts as a HASS S. This class counts as a CI-H.
