15.834 Marketing Strategy
Aims to equip students to formulate the marketing component of overall corporate strategy. Several tools and frameworks concerned with the leverage and development of competitive advantages are introduced through cases, lectures, and guest speakers. Applications include innovative business models, two-sided markets, social media marketing, brand development, electronic retailing, as well as sports and entertainment marketing.
This class has no prerequisites.
15.834 will be offered this semester (Spring 2019). It is instructed by B. Wernerfelt.
Lecture occurs 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in E51-325.
This class counts for a total of 6 credits.
