15.4341 Advanced Corporate Finance
Covers advanced topics in corporate finance, including complex valuations, static and dynamic capital structure, risk management, and real options. Also considers security design, restructuring, bankruptcy, corporate control and governance, and international finance issues. Expectations and evaluation criteria differ for students taking graduate version; consult syllabus or instructor for specific details. Meets with 15.434 when offered concurrently.
This class has 15.418 as a prerequisite.
