Recent developments in contract theory. Includes advanced models of moral hazard, adverse selection, mechanism design and incomplete contracts with applications to theory of the firm, organizational design, and financial structure.

This class has 14.121, and 14.281 as prerequisites.

14.129 will be offered this semester (Spring 2018). It is instructed by Consult R. Townsend.

Lecture occurs 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays in E51-151.

This class counts for a total of 6 credits.
